    How much do you charge for POA, digital signature, shareholder report? Basically everything needed to register at bank? I have 1 active corporations and 2 inactive corporations.

      Hello Kelly,

      We offer this service as part of package. Just to do the digital signature has a cost of $22 per month for one year contract. You can also do $65 USD per month which includes the corporate taxes once a year, the shareholder annual meeting, and the report for the digital signature.
